Double Rainbow

Bio BeaNs are planting the seeds to inspire learning!
Chrom-BeaN saw this double rainbow and wrote a poem about it!

Double Rainbow
As the sun kissed the raindrops,
reflected waves of color
dance toward cones
lounging in the fovea centralis
singing a double rainbow
across this world

Ponderables and R & D (Research and Development) for YOU, Earth Allies!

     1.  What are the colors of the rainbow?
     2.  How was this double rainbow made? Are the colors in the same order in both?
     3.  Look for information about eyes.  Why do we see in color?
     4.  Where did the legends of leprechauns and the pot of gold at the end of
          the rainbow come from?
     5.  Write your own song or poem about rainbows.
     6.  Listen to songs about rainbows and dream!
     7.  Look for rainbows!
     8.  Make rainbow art!

***Bio BeaNs (Living Beings) are the creation of Azuki BeaNs.  The prefix of all the BeaNs lets us know something about the information the BeaN possesses.  Chrom-BeaN knows a lot about color.  In this poem, Chrom-BeaN is talking about the cones in your eye that pick up the colors of this wonderful rainbow.

BeaNspiration:  Find something wonderful in the world around you and learn more about it!
